Igalia is excited to announce that three new people with expertise in client-side technologies, Hyunjun Ko, Antonio Gomes, and Josh Wolfe have joined us. 

Hyunjun is the newest member of the Igalia multimedia team. He has worked on Linux/Unix technologies for over 14 years with a focus on GStreamer. We value his recent work in the streaming technologies and his new focus area, the development of the video acceleration API  (VA-API).

Antonio has an extensive experience in web engines as he has been a WebKit reviewer and Chromium committer for many years. His contributions to the implementation of new features in the rendering engines as well as his long experience in embedded web technologies will definitely make our browsers team stronger.

Josh has solid knowledge of compilers and language design. He has worked in language design and implementation from statically typed languages to interpreted languages, from targeting the JVM to targeting native machine code using LLVM. Iimplementing debuggers and simulators has given him low-level knowledge of assembly languages. He has valuable experience that the compilers team highly appreciates.

We are very happy to have them with us as Igalia grows to over 50 people. Welcome aboard!
