The GNOME Foundation is hosting a fundraising effort to defend the project from an attack by a patent troll. Igalia is devoted to supporting and contributing to free software because we believe both in the freedom that free software guarantees as well as its superiority as a means to foster creativity and innovation. We have contributed to the GNOME Foundation’s effort to defend itself against this patent troll and all others who wish to target projects hosted under the foundation’s umbrella.
