Igalia's R&D GNOME Handhelds project has been awarded with public funding from the Information Society program by Xunta de Galicia.

Igalia participates in a technology transfer event about Free Software in Mérida (Extremadura)

Today, September the 21st 2006, Igalia, pioneering company in the development of free software solutions in Galicia, celebrates its Fifth anniversary.

Igalia has been awarded the tender to contract of the second phase of the e-Sicus project tendered by the University of Santiago for 120,000 euro.

The presentation of the Mancomun.org portal, a Galician initiative for free software, will be held on 10 May at 12 noon.

Igalia will sponsor GUADEC 2006, the international conference for GNOME users and developers.
