Juan Suárez, Diego Pino, Manuel Rego, Xan López and Jacobo Aragunde, five fellow igalians, changed their status recently from pre-partners to partners, becoming co-owners of the company.

As stated in our website, Igalia hirings are based on a stable growing policy. Every igalian has the opportunity to advance inside the company through an established itinerary composed of stages: from employee to pre-partner and finally to partner, this way becoming a co-owner of the company.

Recently, five fellow igalians have walked the path and became partners, joining the rest of the partners and serving as an example and motivation for the rest of pre-partners in the company.

Jacobo Aragunde, Xan López, Juan Suarez, Diego Pino and Manuel Rego have been nurturing their relation with Igalia with dedication during the last years. And from Igalia we want to congratulate them for their good work and thank them for their effort.

Xan's work in WebKitGTK and Epiphany is intense and dedicated and both projects are evolving very well thanks to some of his contributions. Besides being a serious hacker, Xan is also a committed individual with whom to have great conversations and whose company is always sure to make you learn and think.

Jacobo, the web sorcerer, is one of the members of the NavalPlan team and also the main individual behind PhpReport, our dedication report system. He also participates yearly in our Master on Free Software as a teacher in the web module and he is always happy to help anyone in the office proving his warmth personality.

After being involved in The Media Application Framework (MAFW) for Nokia's Maemo platform, Juan keeps his good pace as one of the main developers in Grilo and he even finds time to ride his brand new mountain bike around Barcelona while at it. He settles down as one of our main guys in the desktop and mobile group.

Diego, Is another web hacker with a tendency for long and exotic trips. While working with us he still finds time to plan a ride trough Asia on a used car or a travel to Taiwan. He works hard on NavalPlan among other projects and he also participates as a teacher in our Master on Free Software

Manuel, is a prominent member of the web team where he works hard in many projects but much focused in NavalPlan lately as he is one of the core developers and community manager. His implication in the Master of Free Software is also very valuable. He still enjoys a football game from time to time and his guitar-fu keeps improving steadily.

Thanks for your dedication guys! And congratulations for your goals reached!
