Igalia is pleased to once again sponsor LinuxCon Europe, an annual event organized by the Linux Foundation and centered around talks by maintainers, developers and project leads in the Linux community from around the world.

As was the case with LinuxCon North America, a number of co-located events are taking place in Edinburgh, including this year's GStreamer Conference, where Igalia will be giving two talks:

• Xabier Rodríguez will review how the WebKit and GStreamer integration is used to present multimedia content on the web, which challenges had to be solved and what is being implemented for future releases.(Tuesday 22nd, Harris room, 14:00).
• Guillaume Emont's talk Cairosink and GPU Buffer Sharing is about a very specific, yet important feature for improving performance: sharing memory buffers among different GStreamer elements to avoid unneccessary memory copying.(Tuesday 22nd, Harris room, 17:30).

Right after the core days of LinuxCon, we will be present at the Automotive Linux Summit and the Embedded Linux Conference Europe.
