"Welcome to Igalia Jessica and Nicola!"

Igalia is excited to announce that Jessica Tallon and Nicola Larosa have joined us.

Jessica has joined our networking team to help us build high-performance software switches using LuaJIT and the open source Snabb networking toolkit. Jessica brings a wide-ranging experience in programming languages, ranging from assembler to Rust to Python. Jessica's language experience will help us turn high-level specifications of what software switches should do into working code that specifies how they do it. Jessica is also a W3C editor for the Social Web Working group.

The Igalia networking team also welcomes Nicola Larosa, whose long experience in software development and whose solid engineering practice will help us scale our team. Nicola most recently worked on server-side applications in Python and in Go, and when he's not hacking Lua for us you will find him making music using his wide range of instruments.

Welcome to Igalia and happy hacking!
