Eliminate the now-obsolete "arrow to line beginning" Gecko setting

Arrow to line beginning is part of the Browse mode behavior; not forcing the caret to the line beginning and instead defering to the native behavior is part of Focus mode.

Be sure we're in document content before calling an object a "clickable"
