WebKitGTK+ and WPE now use libwebrtc to provide WebRTC support
Thibault Saunier and Alejandro García, engineers on our Multimedia and Web Platform teams, have just announced that WebGTK+ and WPE WebKit ports now have WebRTC support. Implemented using the libwebrtc backend and fully integrated with WebKit's current media code, the new WebRTC support combines the benefits of GStreamer with all of the maturity and stability of libwebrtc.
More information about the work to bring WebRTC support to WebKit can be found Thibault's blog post.
