eSicus is a web-based application commissioned by Universtiy of Santiago which offers a single point of administration for all management and business processes within USC.

The application started as something very small but kept on growing gradually to demand the new needs of USC: support large number of users, access-control mechanisms, database centralization, easy-to-use interfaces, automatized business logic, etc.

Apart from a centralized point of administration, the portal was completed with other subportals which offer independent administration capabilities and services to third parties: Portal of Director of Expenses Center and Portal of Suppliers.
