Igalia is thrilled to announce that Žan Doberšek is now a WebKit Reviewer, following six years of WebKit contributions. As per WebKit policy, this is recognition of his prolific contributions, particularly good judgement, effective collaboration skills, and understanding of both project policy and WebKit code. Congratulations, Žan Doberšek!

Žan Doberšek has also recently announced a port of WebKit directly to the Wayland display protocol, avoiding traditional GUI toolkits. Igalia is excited about WebKit for Wayland.

Žan Doberšek started at Igalia as a student collaborator in 2013, and became a full-time employee at the beginning of 2014. Igalia looks forward to seeing his continued growth as a developer and collaborator after his meteoric start.
